The Tour Operator must notify the Property of cancellation and reductions at least 7 days prior to arrival date or as early as possible in the Summer Season and High Season. During peak Season (21 Dec 08 - 10 Jan 09), the following terms and conditions of room booking and room amendment as follows: 1.1 The minimum 10 night stay is required for all bookings. 1.2 The departure date of the Peak Period must be after the 1st of January 2008. 1.3 Any cancellation made less than 30 days prior to arrival date, a one night of the room rate will be acquired by the company and non-refundable. 1.4 Any cancellation made less than 15 days prior to the arrival date, a 50% of the total amount of the room rate will be acquired by the company and non � refundable. 1.5 Any cancellation made less than 7 days prior to arrival date, a full total amount of the room rate will be acquired by the company and non-refundable.
