DEPOSIT/GUARANTEE REQUIREMENTS All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card at time of booking, with a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total accommodations charge, with the remainder paid upon arrival. CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLICIES Deposit of 30% of the total accommodations charge is non-refundable. You may cancel without penalty up to 60 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival will result in a charge for 50% of the total booking cost. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival or that was not honored (no-show) will result in a charge of 100% of the total booking cost. TERMS AND CONDITIONS Requests for non-smoking rooms or specific bedding are honored whenever possible based on availability at check-in.
