A passion for giving our best
Were proud of our reputation as the resort that goes beyond giving merely excellent value. ALTAs genuinely friendly staff offers from the heart care and attention that only a family-owned resort can offer. Many guests say they experience some of the best personalized service of their life at ALTA; and we are more accommodating. If you want to go for a 3 AM swim in our pool, no problem! Our goal is that we exceeded the expectations of each and every guest.
Personalized service starts at the top
I enjoy corresponding with and meeting guests. In fact, if you write us, I am the one who will usually answer your email*. If you prefer, Im happy to speak with you by phone, to help you decide if ALTA is right for you. From the pre-trip emails that I personally answer to the after ALTA friendships that often develop; I try my best to ensure that every guest will remember the entire ALTA experience as one of the best of their life. We are so sure that you will fall in love with ALTA that, if you try us for one night and decide that we are not what you were looking for, we will help you to book at another resort and forgo our normal, already generous 24-hour cancellation fee. (average policy for Cebu resorts is 10-day cancellation).
