We will send a letter of confirmation and charge a 25% deposit to your credit card. If cancellation occurs within 30 days of the booked date it will result in the loss of the deposit unless an alternative date within six months of the booking is organised. If Cancellation occurs within 7 days of the booked date, we will charge 100% cancellation fee unless an alternative date within six months of the booking is arranged.
