Queenslander Apartmentsの深刻な問題の1つは空気調節だった。 エアコンは容量で余りに古く、小さかった。 私達は5 accaptableではなかった部屋(32のdegressから25のdegressから)を冷却するために時間以上過ごさなければならなかった。 位置は他と比較すると市民会館から遠くにある。
